Practice Scope
Charter Health PC is an internal medicine practice serving several Boston area communities, including Salem (main office), Lynn, Swampscott, Marblehead, Peabody, Beverly, and Danvers. Our nurse practitioners and physicians deliver health care in multiple settings, including Adult Primary Care (18+), Women’s Health, Weight Management, Addiction Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine in nursing homes. Our clinicians all share a commitment to patient care and professionalism.
We are a private practice member of the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Health System. Being part of the MGB helps us coordinate care with world-class specialists and hospitals.
