Practice Scope
Charter Health PC is an internal medicine practice serving several Boston area communities, including Salem (main office), Chelsea, Lynn, Peabody, Danvers, and Beverly. Our nurse practitioners and physicians deliver health care in multiple settings, including Primary Care, Women’s Health, Weight Management, Addiction Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine in nursing homes. Our clinicians all share a commitment to patient care and professionalism.
We are a private practice member of the Mass General Brigham Health System. Being part of the MGB helps us coordinate care with world-class specialists and hospitals.

Charter has a strong entrepreneurial spirit within its ranks. We seek to develop new health care services to improve health in our communities. We encourage and support our clinicians to develop practices based on their strengths and interests.
