Chater Health PC offers a convenient and secure way for patients to access electronic health records through Patient Gateway of the Mass General Brigham (MGB) health system.  Call our main office for assistance in getting access to at 978-354-4611.

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. You must call by phone for questions and/or prescription refills.
